Lark’s Recipe of the Week: Yoshida Chicken and Top Ramen Noodles

July 11, 2011 by Lincoln County Central

This is the easiest meal ever! And it has so much flavor you will be making it all the time. 🙂

Now if you have never heard of Yoshida sauce, you can get it in almost any food mart. I just happen to use it a lot so I purchase the BIG bottle at Costco. It is a meat marinade that is a blend of Asian and American flavor. You have to try it!

All you need for this meal is:

3 chicken breasts, chopped in pieces
2 C. Yoshida sauce
4 pkgs. Oriental flavor Top Ramen

Now I like to marinade the chopped chicken in the sauce over night. However you don’t have to. Just marinade it for at least one hour.

In a skillet, empty the chicken along with the marinade. Cook over med. heat until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes, stirring often. While the chicken is cooking, make the Top Ramen noodles according to directions on package.
(Yes add in the seasoning packet.)

THAT’S IT! No really… you’re ready to eat!

Just make a pile of noodles on your plate or bowl, and add the chicken on top. I usually spoon a little bit of the juice over the noodles.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????-
