Lark’s Recipe of the Week: Dorito Casserole

This is one of those casserole I don’t often make?due to the calories. ?I have cut back some of the calories by using fat free soup, and light cheese along with?Baked Doritos.

Believe me…it doesn’t last long! YUM-MAY!

This makes a 9×13 pan.

Dorito Casserole

2 (Lg.) Cooked and shredded Chicken Breast’s
1/2 C. chopped Onion
1/2 C. Sour cream
1 can Mild Rotel – Drain
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C. Milk
1 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (7oz.) Bag of Doritos chips

Preheat oven to 350

Start by mixing together the chicken, onion, sour cream?soup’s, milk and drained rotel.
Crush Doritos chips and spread 1/3 of the chips into the bottom of the 9×13 pan.
Next place 1/2 the Chicken mixture over chips.
Repeat one more time ending with the last of the chips.
Sprinkle with cheese and Bake for 30-35 Minutes.
*We like to add taco sauce to ours before eating.*

Have dinner as a family tonight!
