Holidays are well past and spring is right around the corner. It?s a great time to get moving! The first 2012 session of the Grover C. Dills Medical Center Wellness events starts February 6th. Sign ups for it is January 31st, February 1st and 2nd in Caliente and January 31st and February 2nd in Alamo.

The main change from last year is the sessions have been shortened to eight weeks instead of ten. The grand prize at the end of the year will go to an individual that has participated in all four sessions.

Throughout the year, the program will be hosting family fun activities, 5K running, and a grand finale event. With the first session, they are planning a walk with the hospital administration staff.

Sign up today and start keeping track of your steps or minutes of exercise and report your weekly progress to a committee member.
