Tournaments, races, and expos. Looks like Lincoln County is staying busy as summer approaches. Let’s see what everyone has planned for the week.
Pioche will see clear skies with temperatures in the mid 80s for most of the week. It is expected to cool down to the low 70s by Friday, and wind speeds will reach up to 15 mph.
Pahranagat Valley will be in the low 90s with mostly sunny skies and wind speeds from 7 to 15 mph until Friday, when temperatures will drop to the low 80s to finish off the week.
Thursday through Saturday, Baseball and Softball State Tournaments will be in Las Vegas.
Friday and Saturday, the NIAA State Track Championship will be held at Silverado High School in Las Vegas.

On Friday, the Lincoln County Business Expo is starting at 3 p.m. at Lincoln County High School. See the Flyer here.
Freedom Four Wheelers
Saturday, the Freedom Four Wheelers will be at the Lincoln County Fair Grounds, starting at 3 p.m. Admission is $3 for kids $5 for adults and $4 for seniors. Call Kirt (775) 962-5356 or Hope (775) 962-1345 for more information.
Tuesday and Thursday, the Pahranagat Valley Senior Center will have their Senior Center Exercise Classes at 9 a.m.
Thursday, seniors at the Caliente Senior Center will be playing Bingo at 12:45 p.m.
Friday, the Caliente Senior Center will have Friday Crafters.

Wednesday, the Alamo Town Board will meet at the PV Fire District Board Meeting Room in Alamo at 6 p.m.
Thursday, the Coyote Springs Consolidated General Improvement District Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Lincoln County Courtroom in Pioche.
Also on Thursday, the Caliente City Council will meet at 6 p.m. in the Caliente City Hall.
