Pahranagat Valley High held its annual wrestling team golf tournament benefit at Coyote Springs Golf Course June 15.

Wrestling coach Brad Loveday said about 40 golfers showed up for the event, and some from even outside Lincoln County. ?Everybody had a good time and we had a lot of prizes to give away. We hope the event will grow a little more each year.?

He said some tailor made drivers were given as prizes, a Nike golf bag, lots of golf balls, Nike putters and wedges, and prizes for closest to the pin, longest drive, a hole in one, if any, and some raffle and door prizes.

The funds raised were to help the wrestling team attend a camp this week at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
