Candidate for Congress in Nevada’s 4th Congressional District Cresent Hardy announced the endorsements of all five Lincoln County Commissioners this week.

The newly announced supporters are commissioners: Ed Higbee, Chair, Paul Mathews, Kevin Phillips, Adam Katschke and Paul Donohue.

Hardy said of the commissioner endorsements, “It’s great to have the support of the members of the Lincoln County Commission. I appreciate these folks sharing with me the issues that are most important to county residents. I know that they will be an asset to me both during the campaign and as Congressman for the 4thDistrict.”

“Cresent Hardy understands rural Nevada because he is truly one of us. He’s been a fighter for us up in Carson City as Assemblyman, and he’ll do the same for us in Washington.  Cresent is the right man at the right time to be our next Congressman,” said county commission Chair Ed Higbee.

Hardy added, “This will be a challenging campaign to be sure, but I’m up for it. Washington politicians have failed us. I want to be part of the solution to getting Nevada back to work and jumpstarting this sagging economy.”
