The Motorcycle Racing Association of Nevada held a desert series race April 12 in Panaca, hosted by Southern Nevada Desert Racers (SNDR). Local racer David Pearson took second place overall as well as the expert class.
Miguel Gonzalez took third place in the 30+ amateur class. In the super minis, Jadyen Settles took home first. Settles also captured first in the 85CC expert class.
In minis, Kobe Kelley captured second place. Kelley also took home second place in the 65CC amateur class. Todd Parker took home first place in the 45+ expert class. In the junior womens class, Alamo’s Mekenzi Zanoth won second.
The next race for the MRAN series came April 26. The grand prix series ran through Caliente. Colton Gubler captured second overall open lites class. Gubler also dominated the four-stroke experienced class, taking first. Benjamin Zanoth captured first in his 4-stroke novice class.
JR Zanoth took fourth overall Veteran rider, and second in his 35+ expert class.
Parker rode into third place in the 45+ expert class. Miguel Gonzalez came in second for the 30+ amateur class. Jayden Settles dominated the overall 85CC+ class, as well as took first in the expert 85CC+ class. Mekenzi Zaonoth dominated in the junior womens class, taking first. Damon Livreri won seventh in the 85CC novice class, followed by Joseph (Christian) Gonzalez who came in eighth. Wyatt Woodworth came in tenth place for the 85 CC novice. Chase Curtis took fourth in the 85CC expert class. Kobe Kelley had a good race, taking third overall for the 65CC class, and second in the amateur division.
