The LCHS choir performed for the final time this year last week.

Last week, Lincoln County High School students performed their last concert of the school year. And what a performance it was.

The youth participating in our LCHS choir are some of the most talented youth of the county. From singing, to dancing, to solos, duets, and piano and drum masterpieces, these students put their all into the final performance. Only tenth grade students through seniors performed.

Although some songs were performed from a track, quite a few numbers performed were by the musical accompaniment from piano players such as Kelsie Mathews, Asia Frehner, Rachel Wadsworth, and drummer Isaac Mehring, displaying a wide array of talent to the county.

Props were used in comical and meaningful ways to accompany the music.

The youth have so passionately captured the meaning of so many of the songs, displaying emotions while performing that draws the audience into the song that much more.

Some cried, many laughed, and all were truly amazed at the exceptional talent that was performed.

For graduating seniors, we wish you the best on your future endeavors. For the rest of the returning upperclassmen, we look forward to watching you grow during your high school careers.
