Evelyn Lucile Haley Barneck passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24. She was born June 16, 1930 in Caliente to Roscoe Merrill and Lucile Alger Haley, the ninth of 11 children. She graduated Lincoln County High School and went to Salt Lake City where she attended the Holy Cross Hispital School of Nursing. She married Charles Arthur Barneck Aug. 13, 1951 in the Salt Lake Temple. She retired in 1980.

She is survived by her husband, four children, fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, John Haley, sister Edna Grensing, and many nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives.
