The Lincoln County High School Theatre De Masque put on ?The Best Christmas Pageant Ever? on Nov. 30 through Dec. 2.
A cast of 22 delighted the crowd, telling about ?the six delinquent Herdman children who engage in misfit behavior for their age,? according to the program. ?They go to church for the first time after being told that the church offers snacks. Despite protests from other church members, they are given roles in the Sunday School?s Christmas play, in which they tell the Christmas Story in a non-conventional fashion.?
The play was directed by Jacob Lester, piano by Emma Pearson, sound by Derrek Anderson, lights by Gareth Frehner, Chance Christensen, Michael Winters and Jacob Lester.
