Services to be held on Monday,?April 18, 2016, at the hour of 1 p.m., in?Caliente Mortuary, in Caliente, Nevada 89008. The viewing will begin at ?1 p.m. At 1:45 p.m., please share your?memories of Phillip. Phillip was born?to Dan and Ida Lucile (Douglas) Buck?on December 22, 1935. He was born and?raised in Caliente, Nevada. Phillip was?1 of 5 children which included 3 brothers, Charles, David, Clark (who passed?away in early childhood), and William?and his sister, Lois. Phillip met and married Mary M. Kavanaugh. They raised?6 children together in Caliente, starting?with Phillip Allen; Gwendolyn; Franklyn; Lorrie; Rachelle; and Phyllis. Phillip?had a special wit, charm and humor that?will be missed by all that knew him. His?greatest joy was his family. He taught?his children how important it was to live?your life with integrity, kindness and?hard work. He was preceded in death by?his mother, father, and his Son, Phillip?Allen and his Daughter, Rachelle Marlene. He is survived in death and will be?deeply missed by his wife, Mary and his?children, Gwendolyn, Franklyn, Lorrie,?and Phyllis, and by his 10 grandchildren, Robert, Ronald, Eleese, Melissa,?Mary, Kavanaugh, Joseph, Jessica, Ute,?and Kelly, and by his 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
