On Thursday, Oct. 25, Cole and Zaily Bradshaw opened their new mobile business in Caliente, Life Café Coffee and Roasting Company.

All customers were greeted with smiling, happy faces and everyone in line waited eagerly to taste their drinks.

“Second day in business and the people are coming out and supporting us,” said Cole Bradshaw. “We are so happy.”

Cole Bradshaw is a local man with deep roots in Caliente. His family formerly owned End of the Rainbow apple orchard. He attended Lincoln County High School, moved away for a while, and then returned with his family.

Bradshaw is also the pastor of the Caliente Christian Center. Church is held at the Depot in the city council chambers on Sundays.

The Bradshaws are actively involved with their community and have been working to make this dream come true for several years. Life Café Coffee and Roasting Company will travel and be at certain events in the future.

The business will be regularly located on the corner lot next to Company Row/Spring Street off of Hwy 93. They will be open from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
