Lincoln County High School’s wrestling team attended their third match of the season on Saturday, Dec. 8, in Parowan. They did well and brought home some wins.
Senior Kyle Zierow won three of his matches and lost two in the 152 weight class. Junior Trevin Perkins and sophomore Hagen Boyce both won three of their four matches with Perkins in the 170 weight class and Boyce in the 145.
Sophomore Bridger Poulsen was in the 160 weight class and had two wins and two losses over the weekend, and freshman Seth Patrick lost both of his matches in the 220 weight class. Sophomore Jordan Free had two losses and one win in the 132 class, as did sophomore Auston Marshall in the 138 class.
Both sophomores Ayden Miller and Gavin Plasden won one out of three matches. Ayden wrestled in the 113 weight class while Gavin was in 195.
The team’s next tournament is Dec. 14. They will be traveling to St. George to play at Dixie High School.
