The Lincoln County High wrestling team traveled to Milford on Saturday for another tournament.
Only sophomore wrestlers competed in this tournament, and they did very well.
Hagen Boyce wrestled in the 145 weight class, winning two matches and losing two.
Auston Marshall lost both of his matches in the 138 weight class.
Bridger Poulsen was in the 160 weight class and won one of his four matches, while Jordan Free won four matches, losing one, in the 132 weight class.
Aiden Miller wrestled in the 113 weight class and won three of his five matches.
Free took second place in the tournament, and Miller took fourth.
“We’ve had a pretty good season,” coach Grant Perkins said. “We have a really young team that has come a long ways. Right now we are looking forward to our last few regular season tournaments to get ready for divisions, regional and state. If we can keep everyone healthy, we should take nine wrestlers to regionals.”
The team will travel to the Pine View Invitational in St. George, Utah on Jan. 11 for its next tournament.
