Luke Anderson and Terri Hartman were declared the winners of the Shamrock Super Bowl Chili Cook-Off on Feb. 2.
Judges Andra Farmer, Sharon Calles and Mikel Wynn had the job of taste- testing 11 different chilis. Second place was Rusty Boyd and third went to Frank and Toni Acuff. People’s choice went to Dawn Justice.
