March 27, the Lincoln County High School softball team defeated the Milford Tigers in a non-league game, 15-0.

The Tigers were up to bat first and the Lynx did well on defense, keeping Milford from scoring.

At the start of the second inning, the Lynx kept up with their defense and struck out the first three batters, holding Milford at zero. The ladies came out swinging and everyone hit and got on base. As a result, the Lynx ended the inning with ten runs, putting the score at 11-0.

In the third inning, the Tigers ended their turn at bat with no runs. The Lynx, on the other hand, got four runs, and ultimately won the game 15-0.

The game scheduled against Calvary Chapel was canceled.

The Lady Lynx’s next games are at home, April 5, against the Lake Mead Eagles.
