Caliente Beautification Committee decorates for Halloween

For those up for a spooky drive, the Caliente Beautification Committee has been putting scarecrows up along Front Street. Caliente Elementary Houses had theirs put up Oct. 6, courtesy of Anna Perkins. Individuals, businesses and groups are encouraged to make a scarecrow to be displayed. The kiosk rental is also still available. The cost is $10.00 for 24 hours to display a message.
