Ghost hunting in Pioche

Paranormal investigator Marie Mason and her team hosted a weekend of ghost hunting in Pioche, Nevada, Sept. 26/28. Areas of investigation were the Boot Hill Cemetery, Overland Hotel, Pioche Museum, Million Dollar Courthouse, Opera House and Pioche Mill.

This was a unique experience for those who attended. The ghost hunting team brought equipment such as EMF meters, SLS cameras, spirit boxes and an ovilus. The guests attending the event were able to use this equipment to hunt for ghosts right alongside the team. The guests were encouraged to ask questions and interact with the ghosts. Mason started the non-profit Paranormal History Hunters to give back to historical towns and keep their history alive. She and her team will be hosting their next event, Beyond Skinwalker Ranch, Oct 11-12 at the Mt.
