The Lincoln County Farm Bureau, in partnership with the Nevada Farm Bureau, is inviting local farmers, ranchers, producers and community members to a special growers meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 13. The event will take place at the Panaca Town Hall from 6 to 8 p.m.

The meeting is designed to provide the agricultural community with a comprehensive recap of the recent 2025 Nevada Legislative session. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a discussion about pressing issues currently facing agriculture both in Lincoln County and across the state.
Organizers are encouraging not only those directly involved in farming and ranching but also “anyone else who supports agriculture and likes to eat” to attend. The gathering aims to foster a dialogue about the challenges and opportunities in the local agricultural sector.
Light refreshments will be served during the event, which offers a valuable chance for networking and community engagement. For those interested in supporting local agriculture, the Nevada Farm Bureau also encourages individuals to learn more and become members by visiting their website at www.nvfb.org.
