The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to several notable calls during the week of Dec. 1-7.

Deputies handled a fraud report on Dec. 3; this case remains under investigation. They also responded to two domestic disturbance calls during the week, one on Dec. 2, resulting in the arrest of an adult male for domestic battery, and another on Dec. 3 for which a report was completed for documentation.

The department also investigated two vehicle accidents on Dec. 4, with reports completed in both cases. That same day, a traffic stop for a violation led to the arrest of an adult female for driving without a valid driver’s license.

On Dec. 5, deputies arrested an adult male following a threatening call, charging him with burglary and assault.

The week concluded with an animal-related complaint on Dec. 7. A report was forwarded to the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office for review.
