With the current concern about the proposed tower to be built near Panaca, it will be interesting to see the response to the rumor of NDOT changing Panaca’s main street from four lanes to two lanes, adding a center turn lane.  Why try to fix something that isn’t broken.

 In my opinion, this will change the current convenience of traveling on the main street. Having one lane going either direction causes the cars behind the front car to go the same speed.  I followed a gravel truck going 15 mph down the main street in Enterprise, UT, with a long line of cars following behind. Frustrating, to say the least.
