
Colleen Leonard, 54, passed away September 3, 2025. She was born November 6, 1970.
Colleen was the daughter of Janice and Billy Smith and the stepdaughter of Chuck Adams. She is survived by her husband, Bobby John Leonard; her children, Bobby John Leonard Jr. and Casee Darlene Leonard; and her grandchildren, Carter Ray Huneycutt, Zadie Mae Leonard, and Kalli Darlene Frist.
She is also survived by her siblings: Dale Harold Handy; Torrie Susanne and Dave McLean; William Ray and Jerralyn Smith; Catherine Lorraine and John Reich; and John Clifford and Breanna Smith.
Colleen grew up in Lincoln County and attended Pioche Elementary School and Lincoln County High School before later completing school at Basic High School. She continued her education at Davidson County College, where she earned a degree in Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Family was the center of Colleen’s life. She enjoyed crafts, spending time outdoors, caring for her flower garden, bowling, and playing pool with her husband. She especially cherished time with her grandchildren.
Pioche always held a special place in her heart, and she was grateful to return home in the months before her passing. In recent years she attended Victory Life Church in Caliente with her family.
A Celebration of Life honoring Colleen Leonard will be held March 7, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Victory Life Church, 25 Clover Street in Caliente.
