The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying additional information related to a February burglary at the Y Service Station, a case that has since expanded to include multiple suspects and connections to crimes across several jurisdictions.
On February 23, 2026, deputies responded to a burglary at the service station, where suspect(s) forcibly entered the auto shop and stole equipment, resulting in a felony grand larceny investigation.
The case advanced after a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper located a stolen item listed on Facebook Marketplace in Las Vegas. The item was later confirmed by a service station employee as property taken during the burglary.

Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in providing any information related to the suspects identified as James Dodson and Deanna Arthur as well as a black 2026 Chevrolet Silverado EV believed to be associated with a Feb. 23, 2026 burglary at the Y Service Station.
Throughout the course of the investigation, Lincoln County detectives obtained search and arrest warrants for individuals believed to be involved. With assistance from the Nevada State Police, the Nevada Division of Investigation and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, warrants were executed at a residence in Las Vegas, where one suspect was taken into custody and electronic devices were seized.
Further investigation led to the identification of additional suspects and evidence linking them to multiple serious crimes, including arson, vehicle theft, grand larceny and drug-related offenses. A second suspect was later arrested in Las Vegas following the issuance of additional warrants.
The suspects have been identified as James Dodson and Deanna Arthur.
Authorities are now asking for the public’s assistance in providing any information related to the suspects, as well as a black 2026 Chevrolet Silverado EV believed to be associated with the case.
The Sheriff’s Office noted that the investigation has required extensive coordination between multiple agencies and continues to develop as additional leads are pursued.
