CarePro Home Health & Hospice shares resources

Representatives from CarePro Home Health & Hospice visited the Olson Senior Center recently as part of their ongoing community outreach efforts to connect Lincoln County residents with healthcare resources available throughout the region.

Jodi Herda, Business Development Liaison for CarePro, presented information about the company’s home health and hospice services, answering questions and discussing resources available to seniors and their families. Attendees learned about services including skilled nursing, wound care, therapy programs, medical social work, and home health assistance designed to help individuals remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

To make the gathering even more enjoyable, Herda brought freshly made ice cream to share with those in attendance while visiting with community members.

Among those participating were Caliente City Councilwoman Betsy Comella, Olson Senior Center Director Susan Llewellyn, Lincoln County Community Coalition representative Crystal Dineley, and Main Street President Dana Lee Fruend.

The visit was part of a collaborative effort among community organizations and local leaders to ensure seniors are aware of healthcare options and support services available within Lincoln County. Herda also spent time meeting with residents in other Lincoln County communities during the week, providing information and answering questions about available programs.
