The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office announced that deputies have executed four drug-related search warrants over the past several weeks as part of an ongoing effort to combat illegal drug activity throughout the county.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the investigations resulted in the arrests of three individuals. During one of the arrests, deputies seized what the department described as a trafficking quantity of methamphetamine, preventing a significant amount of illegal drugs from reaching Lincoln County communities.
Sheriff’s officials said the investigations reflect the department’s continued commitment to identifying, investigating and removing illegal drugs from the county. They also noted that many of the investigations are initiated or strengthened by information provided by community members.
“We remain committed to identifying, investigating and removing illegal drugs from our county,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a public statement.
Residents with information regarding suspected illegal drug activity are encouraged to contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said public cooperation continues to play an important role in supporting investigations and helping keep local communities safe.
