Evelyn Lucile Haley Barneck passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24. She was born June 16, 1930 in Caliente to Roscoe Merrill and Lucile Alger Haley, the ninth of 11 children. She graduated Lincoln County High School and went to Salt Lake City where she attended the Holy Cross Hispital School of Nursing.
