He made a surprise visit to the school as he was on a tour of the state parks in Lincoln County. He also had dinner with students at C.O. Bastian School in Caliente. On Friday, he visited with teachers and Principal Cherry Florence at Caliente Elementary and stopped for lunch at Windmill Ridge in Alamo.
